Membrane Solutions Lab Supply Sterile Syringe Filters PES with extremely high microbial filtration capacity and unique threaded interface design with ISO 9001 certificated.
MS sterile syringe filters are made with a wide variety of membrane filters with polypropylene (PP) housing, using the most advanced methods and design features.
Sterile PES Syringe Filter with uniform pore size structure; wide pore size selection, retention of granule cell collection. PES Syringe Filter Diameter: 33mm, 0.22μm pore size can fast sterilization of buffers, culture media or other solutions.
The most commonly types membrane for sterile syringe filters are PES and PES with GF pre-filter. PES features high flow and lowest protein adsorption, which can meet the broadly applications, such as buffer, protein, culture medium, additives and so on. And GF pre-filter has excellent dirt-holding capacity, which makes a syringe filter a much larger throughput for some “hard to filter” sample.
High Water Flow Rates
Polyethersulfone microporous membrane is a hydrophilic membrane with high flow rate, low dissolution, good strength, no adsorption of protein and extract, no pollution to samples.
High Bubble Points
MS filter withstands a maximum case pressure of 10 bar (145 psi) and the solution is 20% faster than comparable products
High Throughput
MS filter have a larger filter surface area increases the flow rate. It also reduces the pressure required to empty the syringe, making the filtration solution easier.
