Introduction:
Our syringe filter is manufactured for reliable performance, which is sterile Polyethersulfone (PES) needle filters. Each lot of syringe filter membrane is certified by HPLC Extractable Test.
It is 33mm membrane diameter and pore size: 0.22um, pack of 10. Suitable pore size structure for lab sterilization of small volume samples.
LRV>7（ATCC 19146, ASTM bacterial challenge test）for each lot of 0.22um pore size membrane. < 0.25 EU/mL or < 2.15EU/device (LAL) for each lot of devices pressure required to empty the syringe.
The larger filter surface area increases flow rate and throughput. It also makes it easier to filter solutions because it reduces the pressure required to empty the syringe.
Meets USP Biological Reactivity test for Class VI Plastics. Better to ensure the accuracy of the experiment.
